Lacombe County launches new environmental award

Lacombe County is now accepting nominations for its new Environmental Stewardship Award. The award intends to recognize an individual that practices environmental conservation and sustainability on their own property. Foothills Mini Pow Wow

A mini Pow Wow will be held on Wednesday, July 21, at the Sunchild First Nation. The exact location may change due to the growing positive response to the event. There will be road signs directing attendees to the final location.
