Lorne Fitch

Join us as Lorne shares stories and adventures from
a 50-year career in conservation.
Lorne Fitch is a professional biologist, a retired
provincial fish and wildlife scientist, and a former
adjunct professor at the University of Calgary.
He is also the co-founder of the riparian stewardship
initiative Cows and Fish.
Lethbridge is home, where he pens articles and essays
on issues related to Alberta’s landscape and critters,
including his earlier book Streams of Consequence –
Dispatches from the Conservation World.
