RDRWA attended the 23rd Southern Alberta Grazing School for Women near Brooks, Alberta. This event celebrated women in ranching through a combination of field and classroom sessions. Participants explored a wide range of topics, including range and riparian health, plant identification, grazing principles and practices, virtual fencing, invasive species, and soil erosion.

Events like this play an important role in fostering meaningful conversations about watershed health, land stewardship, and sustainable management practices. We all share the responsibility of caring for the land that sustains life.

RDRWA extends its sincere appreciation to the organizers, speakers, and attendees for making this event a valuable learning and networking opportunity.
